การรับประกันจะครอบคลุมถึงการเสียหาย หรือชำรุด อันเนื่องจาก การผลิต หรือ วัสดุ ที่เกิดจากโรงงาน ยกเว้นการใช้งานผิดประเภท เช่น ทำตกน้ำ โดนของมีคม โดนความร้อน หรือ นำไปใช้กับอุปกรณ์ที่น้ำหนักมาก จนทำให้สินค้า เกิดการชำรุด กรณีนี้จะไม่ครอบคลุมการรับประกัน
